Refund Policy

Flow Pipe offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app product named Remove Ads (flow_pipe_remove_ads). It is not a subscription. Google Play displays the final price, currency, and applicable taxes before confirmation.

What the purchase unlocks

Remove Ads unlocks uninterrupted campaign and daily challenge play and makes eligible hints and restarts available without watching a rewarded ad. The entitlement is associated with the Google Play account used for the purchase and can be restored when Google Play confirms ownership.

Refund requests

Payments and refunds are processed by Google Play under its refund rules and mandatory consumer law. Request a refund through Google Play first. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise revoked, access to the premium entitlement may also be removed.

Technical problems

For a missing purchase entitlement, missing ad reward, or technical issue, email flowpipe.support@gmail.com with the app version, device model, Google Play order number when applicable, approximate time, and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or financial credentials.
