These Terms govern your use of Flow Pipe, developed and published by Nicolae Goslan. By installing or playing the game, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your country and by Google Play. Minors require permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. License

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Flow Pipe for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. The game, code, artwork, audio, designs, and content remain protected property.

3. Gameplay and local progress

Levels, daily challenges, attempts, hints, prizes, and difficulty may be adjusted to improve balance or reliability. Local progress may be lost if the app is deleted, its data is cleared, or the device is replaced.

4. Rewarded ads

Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms successful completion. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by region, consent, device, connection, and inventory. Ad rewards have no cash value.

5. In-app purchase

Remove Ads (flow_pipe_remove_ads) is an optional one-time, non-consumable product purchased through Google Play. It is not a subscription. Google Play determines and displays the final localized price, currency, and taxes before purchase confirmation.

The purchase unlocks uninterrupted campaign and daily challenge play and makes eligible hints and restarts available without watching a rewarded ad. The app may verify and restore entitlement through Google Play. A refund, cancellation, chargeback, or revocation may remove access to these benefits.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Do not cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate rewards, falsify ad completions, or exploit defects.
• Do not interfere with the app, advertising services, security, or provider systems.
• Do not redistribute, sell, or modify the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use Flow Pipe for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

7. Availability and updates

The game may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued for technical, security, legal, policy, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flow Pipe is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of local progress, unavailable ads, device incompatibility, or third-party service interruption. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Third-party terms

Google Play, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Unity, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource, and mediated providers may impose their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with applicable platform terms.

10. Changes and governing rules

We may update these Terms when the game or requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Mandatory law in your country continues to apply.
