Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
Flow Pipe is developed and published by Nicolae Goslan. This policy explains how information may be processed when you use the game.
1. Information processed by the game
- Local game data: level progress, attempts, settings, language, challenge progress, streaks, prizes, tutorial status, and the locally cached Remove Ads entitlement are stored on your device.
- Purchase data: Google Play processes purchases and may provide the app with the product identifier, transaction status, and entitlement confirmation required to grant or restore the purchase.
- Advertising data: ad requests, impressions, completions, placement names, device or advertising identifiers where permitted, approximate region, consent choices, and fraud-prevention data may be processed by advertising providers.
- Optional analytics data: only after you enable Analytics, Unity Analytics may process an anonymous player identifier, country or region, device and operating-system information, app version, session information, gameplay and progression events, tutorial and settings interactions, rewarded-ad activity, cross-promotion interactions, ad-impression revenue metadata, and Remove Ads purchase status and localized price.
- Technical data: device type, operating-system version, app version, language, network diagnostics, and error or performance information may be processed by Unity, Google, or their service providers.
Flow Pipe does not require a user account and does not intentionally collect your name, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, microphone data, camera data, messages, or payment-card details.
2. How information is used
Information is used to run the game, save progress, deliver optional rewarded ads, grant confirmed rewards, process and restore the Remove Ads entitlement, understand gameplay and game balance when Analytics is enabled, measure advertising and cross-promotion performance, diagnose technical problems, prevent fraud, comply with law, and improve reliability.
3. Optional Unity Analytics
Unity Analytics is disabled unless you explicitly enable it in the game's consent prompt or Settings. If you disable Analytics later, the game stops sending new analytics events from that point forward. This choice is separate from advertising consent.
Analytics events are used in aggregated form to understand progression, difficulty, tutorial completion, feature usage, rewarded-ad outcomes, cross-promotion interactions, ad revenue, and Remove Ads purchase outcomes. These events do not intentionally contain your name, email address, free-form text, contacts, precise GPS location, or payment-card details.
4. Rewarded advertising
Flow Pipe uses Unity LevelPlay mediation and may use Google AdMob, Unity Ads, ironSource Ads, and other networks configured in LevelPlay. Rewarded ads are initiated by the player. Providers may process identifiers and interaction data to deliver, measure, secure, and, where permitted, personalize ads.
Ad availability and personalization depend on your region, consent choices, device settings, network inventory, and provider policies.
5. Consent and privacy choices for advertising
Where required, Flow Pipe uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request or update advertising consent before Unity LevelPlay is allowed to request ads. LevelPlay is initialized only when UMP reports that ads may be requested. Users in applicable regions may accept, reject, or manage the available advertising purposes and vendors.
Advertising choices can be reviewed through Settings > Privacy choices when Google UMP makes that entry point available. Device-level advertising choices may also be available in Android settings. Advertising consent is separate from the optional Analytics switch.
6. Third-party services
The app may use Unity Analytics, Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads, ironSource Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play services, Google Play Billing, and other mediated advertising partners. Google Play provides app distribution, billing, purchase verification, and entitlement services. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and legal responsibilities.
7. Data sharing and sale
Data may be shared with providers that operate advertising, consent management, diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, hosting, and app distribution. We do not directly sell personal information. Some laws define personalized advertising as a sale or sharing; applicable choices are honored through consent and privacy controls.
8. Storage, retention, and deletion
Local progress remains on the device until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Analytics, advertising, and technical providers retain data according to their own policies and legal obligations. Disabling Analytics prevents new analytics events but does not automatically erase data already processed by Unity. For a privacy or deletion request, contact us using the address below.
9. Children
Flow Pipe is not directed to children under 13. Do not select a child audience in Google Play unless the app, advertising configuration, age handling, and SDKs are updated to comply with Google Play Families policies and applicable child-privacy laws.
10. International processing and security
Providers may process data outside your country. We and our providers use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive information about personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to submit a request.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated when the game, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and date will remain available on this page.
